THE ART OF WINEMAKING • DESIGN OF EVENT MATERIALS

Discover : Learn. Gather. Connect.
x
This is the launching pad for development of project scope, goals and facts. Learning about our client, their market and message through research and inquiry is vital. Gathering of
facts about timeline, specifications and budget is communicated openly during this phase. Competition, market, target audience and climate emerges through proper research. Goals and objectives are clearly outlined
and established.
x
Plan : Define. Distill. Propose.
x
Information from step one is cultured into real, tangible ideas. These are defined and organized into a strategy for commincating, the company message, product, service, and brand to their market and audience. The strategy is distilled, giving a clear picture of what tools and pieces should be developed to communicate visually. Direction and tone of design is defined. Client approval is achieved before moving on to the next step.
x
Design : Visualize. Develop. Prototype.
x
The strategy is brought into a visual dimension. Assets are collected, such as images, text and data. Message is brought to life through visuals and creative design. Proofing and editing take place. Prototypes are made. Client approval is mandatory before moving forward.
x
Produce : Tangible Artifact.
x
Completion of the work is translated into the deliverable artifact. Distribution and launch of the work is now accessable for the customer
to bring to the target audience.
x
Evaluate : Review. Ask. Conclude.
x
Through a series of questions, a review of the final product and results is done with the client. Were the artifacts well-received? Do they work effectively? Is the intended effect with the audience, market and business successful and lasting? What is the client's perspective about the project and results? Were the original goals, even exceed them? Could we have improved the process and results? How? May we contact them to share ideas for new opportunities to gain and hold their audience?
